• An email containing the error description, some screenshots, and your contact details to  support@macscontrolling.com  suffices.

Create a ticket yourself

• Under  https://support.macscontrolling.com  you can log in to our support system and create a ticket, and also track your own tickets, as well as tickets from colleagues in your company.
